What information helps us consider and verify a clinic

To review a practice, it helps to have details we can check against public sources. The more verifiable information you provide, the more straightforward the review.

The clinic or practice name, and the legal entity or UEN where applicable.
The full name and qualifications of each doctor, as publicly listed, so we can confirm SMC registration and, for specialists, the Register of Specialists.
The sub-specialties or areas of focus relevant to the practice.
The clinic address or addresses and the locations you practise at.
A link to your official clinic or hospital page that we can use to verify the details.

How our verification process works

When we receive your submission, our Editorial Team reviews it against official and reputable sources, such as the SMC and its Register of Specialists, ACRA records, MOH and the public healthcare clusters. We confirm that the doctors are registered, that the qualifications and sub-specialties are accurately described, and that the clinic details are consistent with public records. Where a legal entity or UEN checks out, a practice may carry a verified ACRA/UEN badge. We review submissions in the order received, and because each is checked before publishing, timing varies. We will reply to confirm what we have done.

Corrections, updates and removals

You stay in control of how your practice is represented. If your details change, or if anything is inaccurate, email us at [email protected] with the page link and the correction, and we will update it. You can also ask us to remove your listing at any time. Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you may request access to, correction of, or removal of personal data we hold.
